About Us
Modular Process Technologies is a solutions provider to the minerals beneficiation, ore processing, power generation and oil & gas sectors. We specialise
in the design, supply and construction of modular plants and modules. We also offer innovative technical solutions and plant designs backed by expert
knowledge gained from years of experience within the above industries globally.
We are able to support clients from our South African and/or Australian offices.
The modular design concept allows our clients to fast track projects while reducing site labour and risks. Our designs are cost effective and allow for
trial erection and testing at our fabricators, when possible. The plant will then be shipped as disassembled or fully assembled modules, depending on
the available logistical support to get the cargo to site.
Modular Process Technologies bring together a unique source of well-established equipment brand leaders, engineering and project management for the
production of world class modular plants and modules. Our designs are robust and make use of the best available components from reputable global
suppliers.
We are active in several African countries, Australia, the Middle East and Russia (CIS). The main operation centre is in Pretoria, South Africa. Our newly
opened office in Australia will improve our access and support to the Australian and Eastern markets. This office will also look beyond the mining sector
to play an active role in the oil & gas market.
Through our broad spectrum of experience around the globe, Modular Process Technologies have developed a thorough understanding of the project
challenges associated with developing systems in remote and isolated areas, while staying in touch with the accompanied risks and safety aspects.
Our contracting philosophy is mainly centred around equipment supply and supervision (ESS), however, we are flexible and can offer plants on other
contracting strategies such as cost plus, reimbursable and EPC, depending on client requirements.
